Developed basically for the Northern and Central parts of Costa Rica, this program includes some of the top birding sites in Costa Rica such as Sarapiquí rainforest, the famous Monteverde Cloud Forest, Arenal Volcano area and Nicoya Gulf, a Tropical Dry Forest area also rich in marshes, mangroves and estuarine habitats.

Also covered are field visits to the Organization for Tropical Studies Station at La Selva in Sarapiqui, the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve and Skywalk (a system of trails and suspended bridges running through an above canopy level!), Ensenada Wildlife Refuge and a boat ride on tropical mangrove areas.
